A Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a specialist disability and neurodivergent support clinician who brings together healthcare expertise, disability knowledge, behavioural understanding, clinical assessment skills, education and advocacy.
Our Story
Find Your Sparkle was created as a quiet rebellion: a place where lived experience, clinical knowledge and trauma‑informed care all sit at the same table and where ‘surviving the week’ is a completely valid goal.
It grew out of a simple question: what if support actually matched how neurodivergent brains and bodies work?
Over time, I stitched together my nursing background, disability work, education and my own neurodivergent life into something different , a service that listens first, translates the medical stuff, and helps you navigate systems without losing yourself in the process.

You’re not a project to be fixed, you’re a person to be understood. We mix clinical know‑how with lived experience, trauma‑informed care and loud - and - proud advocacy to meet you exactly as you are.

Meet Trish
Trish draws on her neurodivergent lived experience (as a clinician and as a parent) together with her clinical background providing a unique perspective to inclusive neurodivergent support. Her mission is to create a world where neurodivergence is not just accepted, but celebrated for the unique sparkle it brings to our community.
Trish is an openly autistic and ADHD Clinical Nurse Consultant & Educator. She delivers practical, evidence based support with compassion, authenticity, and a touch of humour to individuals and organisations.
